This is quite a find that is well located, easy to access and a space that is beautifully and well appointed. I walked away with ideas on how to improve my own home for guest's experience. I felt safe and cared for just by being in this loft. I'd welcome finding a reason to return!

This place was perfect for our staycation and exactly as described by the host. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The house manual was clear and helpful, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The location was great, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay with secured parking.

Our stay was fantastic, the location was perfect, making it easy to walk to everything downtown. The space was clean and very welcoming. Rachel was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The room was wonderful. Very Easy access to the MetroLink, which is next door with an elevator and access to the airport! Right now there is only 2 lines and they go to mostly the same places. The apartment is next to the Arch! It was right downtown and I felt safe. Downtown was a little more abandoned but I was able to find a few good coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store/pharmacy. I was there for about 10 days and I did just fine. Museums are great and also accessible via MetroLink. I was very comfortable. I was able to easily receive some amazon packages during my time there. No complaints. Maybe a lap blanket...

This is what AirBnB is for: settings that a hotel just can't provide. We deeply appreciate the hosts' work to renovate a historic warehouse and provide a comfortable modern loft that still maintains the building's character. We loved the large window with its expansive view across the Mississippi River and Eads Bridge. Watching barge traffic was a treat. The open kitchen made staying in one evening a delight, while access to the light rail right next door made going out to eat and explore just as worthwhile. This loft also had simple but important details many hotels get wrong. There were lights and nightstands on BOTH sides of the bed. The bedroom was actually dark and quiet. The bathroom was a proper bathroom, not a glass cube with no privacy (looking at you, overly modern hotels). The HVAC system could actually be set to stay on or off instead of cycling constantly and waking you up. It felt like a home we could live in, not a sterile room we wanted to get out of.

We both LOVED this place. If we lived in St Louis, this would be the exact place I’d live in. It felt cozy, welcoming, and inviting. The host was really responsive, but her instructions didn’t really need too much extra communication. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cozy place to stay with modern amenities . Kids had their first hand experience staying in the brick houses experiencing STL stay. Very safe paid parking that is close to the home. The kids kept saying the usage of fob reminded them of “Man vs Baby” 😀 Absolutely clean and very safe property in the neighborhood. Little more than 1/2 mile walk to the Arch. The attractions like rawlings experience, st louis wheel, winterfest were all within 20 min.

Loved this rustic 1-bedroom loft. The bedroom was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the couch was comfy too. Everything was clean and well kept, with great amenities. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was easy and smooth. Would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay when visiting the STL-Arch area. The loft was extremely clean and modern, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and communicated every detail from check in to check out precisely. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
